【おりぜ塩味】鶏むね肉とネギの塩麹焼き

材料（２人分）
  • 鶏むね肉：１枚
  • 長ネギ：１本
  • おりぜ「しおこうじ」：大さじ２

作り方

STEP.1
肉をひと口大に、長ネギを５ｃｍくらいの長さに切る。

材料をすべて袋またはボウルに入れよく揉み、冷蔵庫で一晩漬ける。

フライパンにクッキングシートを敷き、鶏肉から焼く。

片面を焼いたらネギも入れ、焼き色がついたら完成。

  • 鶏もも肉で代用しても美味しい。
  • 一晩つけるのではなく30分くらいでも美味しい。
  • 漬けるときの袋はジッパー付きの袋がおすすめ。
  • クッキングシートを使うと焦げ付かなくて楽ちん！
