    • たまねぎ　　　１/２個
    • 絹さや　　　　６枚
    • しらたき　　　１００ｇ
    • 豚小間切れ肉　１５０ｇ
    • 水　　　　　　４００ｍｌ
    • 塩こしょう　　適量
    • サラダ油　　　適量

調味料

  • ★おりぜ　しょうゆこうじ　大さじ４
  • ★おりぜ　あまこうじ　　　大さじ２
  • ★酒　　　　　　　　　　　大さじ１と１/２
  • ☆おりぜ　しょうゆこうじ　小さじ２
  • ☆みりん　　　　　　　　　小さじ２

作り方

STEP.1
下準備

  • じゃがいもは皮を剝いて一口大に切る。
  • にんじんも皮を剝いてじゃがいもより気持ち小さめに乱切り。
  • たまねぎは８等分にくし切り。
  • 絹さやは筋を取って、下茹でする。
  • しらたきは洗って下茹でする。
STEP.2
鍋にサラダ油を熱して豚肉、玉ねぎを塩こしょうと炒める（弱～中火）。
STEP.3
肉の色が半分くらい変わったらじゃがいも、にんじんを加え、油が全体に回ったらしらたきを加える。
STEP.4
水を加え中火で煮て、沸騰したらあくを取る。
STEP.5
★を加えて落し蓋をし、弱めの中火で７～８分煮る。（煮汁が半分位になるまで）
STEP.6
落し蓋をとり、☆と絹さやを加えてさっと煮る。
POINT
  • しょうゆこうじそのものがマイルドななめ、あまこうじは少なめでOK。
  • 最後にみりんとしょうゆこうじを加える。最初から調味料を入れてしまうと具材の表面だけに味と色がつき、火が通りにくくなる。
