今晩のおかずによだれ鶏はいかがでしょうか。

火を使わずにレンジで簡単に作れるので忙しい時や、
あと一品欲しい時にぴったりです。

しっとりとした鶏むね肉にピリッと辛みのあるタレがよく合いとても美味しいです。

材料（1人前）
  • 鶏むね肉：200g
  • 長ネギ：1/4本
  • おりぜ「あまこうじ」：小さじ２
  • 料理酒：大さじ２
  • 醤油：大さじ２
  • 酢：大さじ２
  • ラー油：小さじ２
  • すりおろしにんにく：小さじ１

作り方

STEP.1
味がよく染みるように、鶏むね肉の両面をフォークでまんべんなく刺す。
STEP.2
鶏むね肉をボウルに移し、そこに料理酒・甘麹を入れてよく馴染ませる。
STEP.3
2の鶏むね肉を皿に移し、しっかりラップをかけ、レンジで、６００wで２分半加熱、加熱が終わったら肉を裏返してもう一度６００wで２分半加熱する。
STEP.4
タレを作る。長ネギをみじん切りにし、醤油・酢・甘麹・ラー油・すりおろしにんにくと混ぜる。
STEP.5
鶏むね肉を食べやすい大きさに切り、4のタレをかけたら完成。
